All purchases are subject to returns or exchanges solely in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. You warrant that all products purchased are for personal or household use only, and not for commercial resale or export.

Transfer of Risk: Once we transfer the products to the designated third-party shipping carrier, the legal title and the risk of loss or damage pass entirely to you, the customer. Any claims for packages lost, delayed, or damaged in transit must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. If a package is rejected, destroyed, or abandoned by local customs authorities due to non-payment of duties or regional compliance issues, INTEGRIS holds no liability and no refunds will be issued.
