Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Integris. To provide you with maximum flexibility and convenience, we offer specialized purchase options, including Subscriptions and Pre-orders.
Because our products are health, beauty, and wellness items custom-manufactured upon order, specific rules apply to how these purchases can be modified or canceled. Please review our policy thoroughly below.
1. Subscriptions (Automatic Repeat Deliveries)
When you purchase a product on a subscription basis, you agree to receive repeat, scheduled deliveries based on the frequency and duration you selected at checkout.
- Billing and Storage: Your payment details will be securely stored in our encrypted system. You will be automatically charged for each recurring delivery at the specified interval, unless you elected to pay for the entire duration in advance.
- Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of their cycle unless action is taken to cancel them.
- Cancellation Deadline: You maintain the right to cancel or change your subscription at any time. However, to prevent a scheduled order from being billed and sent to our manufacturing facility, you must submit your cancellation at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled billing date.
- How to Cancel: You can easily manage, pause, or cancel your subscription by clicking the secure "Manage Subscription" link included in any of your order confirmation emails, or by logging into your account on the Integris website.
- Refunds on Shipped Orders: Once a subscription cycle has billed and the order has been sent to fulfillment, it cannot be canceled or refunded for customer remorse. Please refer to our strict Return and Refund Policy for further details.
2. Pre-orders
When you secure a product via pre-order, you are purchasing an item that is currently out of stock or part of an upcoming product launch.
- Payment Authorized: Depending on the specific launch campaign, we may authorize your payment method for a partial deposit or the full amount at checkout. Any remaining balance will be automatically charged on the scheduled fulfillment date.
- Cancellation Window: You can cancel a pre-order for a 100% full refund at any time before the product officially enters the fulfillment and custom manufacturing stage.
- Fulfillment Cut-off: Once the pre-order period closes and the production file is sent to our manufacturing partners, the order is locked. From this point forward, the order cannot be canceled, altered, or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or defective upon delivery.
3. Critical Exclusion: No "Try Before You Buy"
Due to strict health, hygiene, and product integrity regulations governing supplements and cosmetic formulations, Integris does not offer a "Try Before You Buy" or trial program.
All standard one-time purchases, subscription orders, and pre-orders are subject to our standard hygiene seal requirements. We will never ship unsealed or trial-use consumable wellness products to ensure the absolute safety of our entire community.
